These crappies are our dinner. Yes, my FIRST dinner in the USA was FISH! But as you can see from our dinner pictures below: "American" style fish have NO head, tail, skin or fins! It was DELICIOUS!

My parents LOVE to cook! Every nite they share in cooking duties! They are the cutest parents! It was SOOOOO nice to see them! ooxoxxo
